"We received a very warm greeting from Sara. Without asking she informed we had been upgraded to a room with a larger bed. Like a lot of older UK hotels there was no lift. Sara was quick to offer staff assistance for walk up the one flight of stairs. My wife is celiac. We decided to eat at the hotel. Great service and food. They were very aware of and made adjustments to my wife’s meal. Very kind."

"We stayed in the long walk room, which had a comfy bed, the room was clean with quaint furniture. Caroline was very hospitable and allowed us to use the room ahead of time. Easy onsite parking, with many options to get to Windsor Castle, walking, by bus or by taxi. There is a convenience store and the Prince of Albert Pub across the road, which served up good pub grub. The full English breakfast was exceptional and mouthwatering. Caroline answered any questions we had and would go out of her way to assist you. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Staff were very professional, friendly & accommodating. We were staying here overnight to go to LEGOLAND the next day for our twins birthday. Our van wouldn’t fit in the underground parking so they arranged for us to have a slot outside the hotel which they reserved for us and we paid for on arrival. They put cards, biscuits and balloons for our twins as they knew it was their birthday which was very kind of them. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and kind. It was a ver short walk to Windsor castle and the shops & restaurants. Breakfast was self service buffet plenty of food and was top up continuously, but as per many self service style it’s not mega hit. They had a great little pancake maker machine which the kids loved though. "
