"The staff are lovely, and the property and gardens are beautiful (although they’re not quite as new or updated as the photos make it seem). It’s more of a charming quiet calm hotel in the countryside. My only issue was that the carpet had tons of large stains on it, which was rather gross and I’d expect a hotel to have a vacuum cleaner that can take stains out of the carpet. "Property is very clean. Only thing is the rooms are to small. My fault for not paying attention to the advertising. However despite that it’s very good. Complimentary wine and cheese for loyalty membership. Again very good but if you need room space it’s different. If I had been traveling alone this would not matter"
