A well-stocked kitchen and plenty of open counter space allow for families to gather around the rustic table with 6 chairs and 3 stools for relaxing, playing games, and sharing meals. Warm up next to the wood-burning fireplace, or relax on the private deck overlooking the river and pond. Open the windows and you can hear the rushing river all night long - no air conditioning. This unit is on the third floor, a few steps away from the free town shuttle stop but you can also walk to Main Street which is 2 blocks away to enjoy all the downtown restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities.

Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.

Rental guests are not allowed to bring pets and any violation will be fined $200 per day. Smoking is not allowed in common areas including front decks and within 10 feet of the building. Smoking is allowed on the back decks if the sliding glass door is closed, you are considerate of the neighbors and smoking materials are extinguished carefully.
