A vaulted ceiling in the living room area allows for more of the wonderful Colorado sunshine to come in and is a relaxing spot to enjoy the wood burning fireplace or flat screen TV. The dining area has plenty of seating and is easily accessible from the remodeled kitchen complete with cookware, dishes, utensils, and new appliances.
The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, futon, flat screen TV with DVD player and attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has Queen bed plus a Twin bunk which can take adult sizes and there is a second full bathroom within. Anyone with smaller children traveling in the group can utilize the sofa sleeper in the living room.
Building 19 is in the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac only a short walk to the Clubhouse and has a free town shuttle stops right out front of this unit. Enjoy the woods and ski resort views out your backdoor.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
