Winter Park Vacations

"The room was dirty. It had a college dorm refrigerator. I went grocery shopping and had lots of groceries go bad and had no freezer. Front desk tells me they only have 10 units with full size refrigerator and kitchens.Bathrooms were dirty and the popcorn ceiling was falling in chunks on the bedroom floor. They have speaker but no music at either pool. The towels they issue are basic and not $1500.00 for 4 night hotel grade.Every morning we had breakfast in the restaurant and they never got our...

"Staff above average friendliness, attentiveness and so very thoughtful. A really good group from Valet, Stikes, restaurant manager and server Alexa to bartender Wyatt....super and check in and check out easy with great staff. However.... One elevator working and the only other one breaks down and we took the stairs multiple times on 5th floor! No hot tub working while we were there and sauna was warm but not sauna type heat my old bones could have used. Weight room well equipped but didnt use...

"Easy access to the ocean (Beach) and cute little bunnies in the yard. Close to a very nice restaurant the the Oceanic. Comfortable beds. (Firm)"

"The bed was very comfortable and there were different pillow choices which was appreciated due to some neck issues I have. The staff was polite and the complimentary breakfast was way better than expected with fresh ground coffee that was great!"
