"The room was veey cozy. Amazing pillows and nice firm bed. Bathrooms could be updated but other than that everyone was great. Oh and they need to take the sign down at there Starbucks that says after hours see front desk. That was the only ignorant staff member"

"Loved this hotel! It's walking distance from Universal Studios and very clean. It also appeared to be newly renovated in some areas. There's a Starbucks and other restaurants onsite. The onsite restaurants were pricier than expected, but the service was excellent! There's also other restaurants in walking distance that have better pricing. There's plenty of parking, but at $33 per day it's seems like a lot. Overall, great experience for me and my family."
