"The room was perfect, the kitchen area was well equipped with everything you needed to prepare and cook, the bed was super comfy and the staff really friendly. My only issue was the position of the bed, you could only access it from one side due to the closeness to the wall, this was an issue in the middle of the night when I had to get out, climbing over my sleeping husband was not ideal and getting out the bottom of the bed was also not ideal. I managed but many people would not. The room was big enough that this should not have been an issue. Other than that it was a great place to stay, ideally situated to walk round all the colleges and very close to the river Cam to experience punting. "

From greeting, to helping me make the day as social as possible by great communication and replying to messages fast in order for the surprise to take place. :) Thank you for everything on that day, from upgrade to all the little things added in our stay that made it magical and stress free :) Loved every minute of it. Shame the wellness centre wasn’t open for longer than nine especially since our arrival was quite late however it’s understandable for quest comfort and peace. "

"A beautiful hotel, with amazing service, food, location and rooms. The only very slightly negative for me is the low and uncomfortable seating in the bar and restaurant. Other than that we will return, we’ve stayed here on very many occasions as a couple and family / friends "

"Excellent service for check-in and breakfast. Supremely comfortable Executive room and bed/sleep. Awful morning coffee (Machine) with one machine broken the other gave up for a while. Please go back to serving pots of coffee to the table please. Spoils what is my go to hotel in Cambridge."
