"This hotel is amazing! We booked our stay there based on the pictures online. We had no idea how beautiful the place would be. We stayed in a converted Georgian townhouse. To get to our room, we walked through the center garden to a different building. It was exquisite and made you feel the history of the buildings. The location was perfect. We were within a five minute walk of the Roman baths and the Pump Room. It took us about fifteen minutes to get to the Jane Austen Society, the Roman Circus, and the Royal Crescent. I would recommned this hotel to anyone. "

"The hotel was very clean and in good condition given the recent refurbishment. Staff were very attentive. We didn’t have a dinner booking at the hotel restaurant but they managed to find us a space. The restaurant food and drinks were excellent Would definitely recommend and stay again. "
