"Shower did not work. Only one towel in the room. TV did not work. Very dirty floor. Stains on the bed and headboard. Windows don't open fully."

"Lovely staff and lovely rooms!"

"Checked into Room one, nice view over quay but as soon as I lay on bed headboard collapsed, went to have shower and shower not working, was allowed to use bathroom down the hall but not ideal. No remote for TV so couldn’t use that either. Wanted to say good stay but very poor."

"All was rather delightful however I struggled to work the Tv but other than that was lovely"

"Good"

Furthermore, she proceeded to serve a tall, good looking man who approached the bar way after we had been standing a waiting."

"Great stay. Thank you"
