"The water in the shower was cold two days and scorching hot one day and the temperature could not be adjusted. We tried to make changes to our reservation at the desk, but had to call the central booking number. So that was a bit inconvenient but they did let us use their hotel phone.

The rooms are not the biggest but they have everything you need water, coffee, tea, chocolate ,biscuits ,iron, tv. hair dryer, Fan and even a gun safe.

Sadly though, room was unbelievably hot - even with windows open and the provided fan. No shower - only a bath, which I didn't spot on booking. The location was great to use as a base for day trips to Windsor and Bath for us.
