Friendly owner, property looks nicely kept and they are continuously making upgrades to keep this place pleasant and nice. The shower is great, with powerful pressure with the main shower head, and it has a handheld shower heaad option to the side of the main shower which is real nice. The area around the property is quiet and rich with trees and fresh green grass, the weather is cloudy at times and wet which makes the enviornment so relaxing to walk and explore.

Excellent customer service and beautiful rooms with hot water and decent water pressure. TV didn't seem to get a signal, but the wifi was good. There is fresh milk for your tea or coffee downstairs, but there wasn't quite enough for the multiple cups I drink in a day ;). A bottle of water in-room would be great, there were some refillable bottles of water near the fridge with the milk downstairs, but it smelled a bit musty when I opened it, so I just used tap, which seemed fine. We would definitely stay again, may be for an extra night so we can have a day in London, before flying out from Heathrow. Everyone was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable with hairdryer, TV, plenty of power & USB charging points & en suite shower room. In room kettle with tea/coffee/hot chocolate. English breakfast absolutely delicious. Really just what I would expect from a homely B&B. Be warned that there are steep stairs to upper rooms!
