"Location! Signage! If you arrive at Terminal 2, there is one tiny sign to the Aerotel directing you outside. Once outside there is nothing more. To find the hotel you must know it is in Terminal 3. Nothing to do with Terminal 2. So take the lift and follow the signs to Terminal 3. It's a long walk, but there are signs. Once there check-in was easy and the room was fine. Small and no windows but for an overnight stay after a long flight it was heaven. There are breakfast options in the terminal. "

"The receptionist who checked me in was rude and blunt. Limited directions and conversation, just asked for id then handed me the room key without even stating the number. Room was okay, something fell out of the ac unit? Airport shuttle was easy to find, right outside the hotel and times were clearly posted in reception. "

"There were numerous maintenance issues in the room - broken faucetS (plural), shower door did not close, towel hook was missing, fridge did not work, issues with the TV. Bathroom was DIRTY. Toilet had not been cleaned. There was mold in the shower. We booked for 3 people (and were charged for 3 people) but we were only provided with TWO (2) towels, 2 glasses, 2 mugs, etc… The hotel was understaffed. Took 20 minutes to reach the reception! ALL of this should have been dealt with PRIOR to check-in."
