"We stayed in one of the luxury rooms, which was outstanding. As always, the staff were kind ,friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and we had one evening meal which was superb. Caley is a fantastic Hotel in a wonderful location. It is one of our happy places. Thanks again, we will be back soon. "

"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. The restaurant had a lot of dogs, which isn’t too good in a restaurant. The breakfast cup was very stained, so I had to get it swapped, but the food was very nice, with a lot of choice. Staff were very friendly, and we had a good laugh with them. "

"This hotel is in an excellent position to the town. The staff were efficient and friendly and the breakfast was the best we've had in a hotel for a long time. Unfortunately the hotel is is need of an update. We had the first room (51) on the ground floor. This backed onto a courtyard outside the kitchen. It was noisy and there was a "hume" from some kind of machinery that kept kicking in. The heating was not on in the evening, despite it being only 2 degrees outside. For the sake of convenience, we would stay again."

"We were given a free upgrade to a huge suite with a four poster bed! Lovely, comfortable bed lead to a good nights sleep. "
