"Clean room, staff were nice and tried their best despite my language barrier. There is a washing machine in the room and kitchen facilities but no easy way to dry your clothes. There are no pots or pans available. Air conditioning is good for me."

"The room had an awesome view! The kind front desk agent was friendly. She gave me some freebies for hangovers and a room with a great view. They too offered luggage storage which is a Godsend. The location is centralized and near everything."

"About a 20 min uber ride from ICN. Public transit is not practical. There’s several restaurants and a 7-11 nearby. Hotel was self check in. Simple process. Clean room. Good option for longer layovers."

"The rooms were spotless. The staff couldn’t be more helpful with anything you needed. The airport. Shadow was phenomenal. Everybody was so helpful. The hotel was breathtaking. I came walking in with my suitcase and they came running to take my suitcase away. I have never been to a hotel that was this outstanding. I can give it a 20 out of 10."

"The hotel and staff were nice. Unfortunately it is the end of October and getting chilly in Seoul, there was no way to control the thermostat so the room was cold. I asked the front desk and there was no way to control it but they were kind enough to bring me a portable oil heater. Once again, it was a bit disappointing because the heater barely helped warm up the room. I ended up wearing layers to bed and making a “blanket cave” to stay warm. Everything else about the hotel was great, it was just a bit too chilly for my liking, especially as someone that struggles to regulate their own body temperature."
