"This place is AMAZING, staff is super friendly and helpful, all the problems i had were things out of their control but they do the best they can. Some wild people about on the street but they lock the doors at night(you can get in with your room key) and have security. The only other issue was their parking was full but hey things happen, the employees gave me good tips for parking. I even got a free upgrade for seemingly no reason, will likely stay here again."

"We got ENGAGED!!! The hotel surprised us with rose petals, cheese and chocolate, and a sparkling toast in our suite! We were welcomed with smiles everytime we came back from exploring Seattle, but also left to ourselves when we wanted quiet time. Housekeeping was fantastic since we stayed for a whole week! We truly did not want to leave. Best week and stay we’ve ever had "

"Everything was excellent, highly reximmend. Free bike rentals, snacks in room, superior service, secure baggage hold. A lot to walk to including the theatre across the street. Staff were not only welcoming, friendly and helpful, you can tell Manager Brian tales pride in the place and staff as their attitide while working was always cheery and professional. Looking forward tonir next stay here as I'm adding this to our FAVORITES!!"

"No contact check-in, but there was some in the lobby to assist. Needed room key to operate elevator, which is a nice touch. Room was well appointed with multiple plugs and USB ports. Desk, chair, safe, microwave, fridge. Coffee maker but only decaffeinated available. Attached restaurant / bar with very good food. "
