We really enjoyed our stay! Safe neighborhood only a 10min Uber to universal studios. Very safe neighborhood. Clean property and accommodating. The only thing I notice was the wallpaper is starting to peel, but it’s also obvious they are actively working on updating the property. Breakfast is pastries only, but if you want more there are dozens of options within 2 blocks. Very much would stay there again.

We loved the location, the pool, the relaxing vibe, the breakfast. Fabulous place to stay!

We love staying here. The pool is heated and there is plenty of shade. Used the bar for the first time a drinks were perfect. Eric at the front desk exseplefies what being a host is all about. He has great customer service skills.

Everything was comfortable. The elevator floors were very dirty and the tile floors in the bathroom were very sticky.. we encountered a dog during the breakfast hours eating with their person off the table top two mornings.

The hotel was amazing super clean very quiet I would defiantly will book clean the staff on front desk register she was amazing

Two times staying here all my stays have been good only thing that they changed was early check in now has a fee other than that everything was perfect

Great location, friendly staff, close to Warner Bros and Olive's is a great close restaurant. Pool was nice. Cool that they had several movies/shows filmed here as displayed on their Wall of Fame. Would stay again.

The staff was great and the shuttle service excellent! You do need to schedule it in advance but we had to make several changes on pick up times and they were able to accommodate us for all of them. The one thing I did not like is that the pool and fitness room is located across the street at one of their other properties.

Only negative is on Expedia. could not find if parking was free or cost extra. It implied it was included. Luckily before I booked I read the reviews and could see from others they charge 25$ a night

Front desk staff -Gerry is friendly and accommodating, house keeping is also fast by giving extra bedding. A lady from the office offers my kids with crayons and drawing stuff during our check in. The place is very homey with friendly staff. My family feels secured during our stay and my kids loves the heated pool!

I requested a 1st floor room due to my mobility issues. They granted that request and even UPGRADED my room to a suite with wider doors and a roll-in shower! The free breakfast consisted of make-your-own waffles, eggs, bacon, various cereals and various breads, bagels and muffins. The check-in was very smooth and friendly. I will definitely be staying at La Quints again!

Great location, clean property, ample parking lot with additional inside parking, spacious room. Excellent customer service, professional, and friendly staff from all departments: front desk, breakfast, housekeeping, and maintenance. HOWEVER, there was an alarm caused by the greetings on TV: my name was never displayed during my 4 days 3 nights stay. Instead, there were various different names written on TV. Great hotel close to the venue I needed for a concert. Staff was super nice, rooms are cozy and clean. They also provide plenty of pillows and very comfortable beds. Their restaurant. Moonlark was delicious for breakfast as well!

Didn’t understand the parking situation

I would like to have continental breakfast serve in the morning to start up and ready to go. thank you for the coffee served early in the morning. staff were great and awesome they were friendly.
