"We had a wonderful 2-day stay at the Loews Hotel. The location is excellent — just steps away from Hollywood Blvd, with a metro station conveniently located within meters of the hotel, making it very easy to get around. Our room had a beautiful view of the iconic Hollywood sign, which was a lovely touch. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, promptly arranging a crib and kettle upon request for our 9-month-old. A very special thank you to Harmon, the porter, who was exceptionally kind and great with kids. He assisted us with our bags on both days and went out of his way to make our stay more comfortable. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Another pleasant stay at The Hilton. The hotel is always clean and quiet. The room was luxurious again. The only thing I would complain about is, I wish there was at least one firm pillow. Not a major issue, just wish the pillows didn't go flat when I laid on them. Other than that, everything was perfect. I even had a fridge this time, which was a pleasant surprise. "
