"We had a very responsive host but found the property to be a little dated. Locks were missing on bathroom doors and our fundamental problem was with the hot water availability. The water was tepid at best and cold. The boiler is in a room not accessible to guests. The owner was responsive and sent a plumber who confirmed there was a problem. A British Gas engineer was finally sent who managed to sort out the issue but not before we had already stayed there 4 days. The property could also benefit...
