"I was charged double the deposit at check-in. The tv clicked loudly and didn’t connect well. The state of the pool didn’t look inviting to swim. Beds were comfortable. "

"It is a long spread out hotel. We were placed in the 2nd room from the last end building, on a very slow weeknight. So quite the walk to lobby. The room service Mac n cheese was microwavable kraft in soupy cheese water. The lobby food options were just OK. Service was great everywhere. The warm indoor pool area was our favorite part. We usually stay at Timber Ridge indoor water park, better layout and more kid-friendly. This was different and kids still enjoyed our stay. "

"The room was really clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, we had everything we needed and it is located in a really cool area- I was hesitant about not staying in Lake Geneva, however, I actually thing this area is even better- a chill lake vibe with a great cafe, adorable little bar and ice cream shop that you can walk to. There is a public beach right across the street and an amazing marina right in the backyard. The bar and restaurant look great too. "

"When asked why the check in app never has your confirmation number which I sent to you to check in. The girl never answered the question I asked twice. Her English wasn’t the best. . Two dies flies o my window sill and it’s winter I think they been there least 6 months …I had a few bites on the arm I both same sides I seriously reckon bed bugs. Didnt have them before o arrived a day ago.. when I asked how my stay was I said “ bad”. No response. Didnt care so why ask. ?? Marriot used to be classy now just robots I stayed at better motels 6 and cleaner and better Sevice "
