They were extremely responsible and courteous in all matters ( not just the phone mishap). I cannot praise them enough! I also wish to comment on the beautiful room, as well! It was so well designed, spacious, and perfectly appointed. An outstanding experience!"

Great experience!! Very helpful and friendly staff- great location with lots of yummy food within walking distance AND a good grocery store right across the street! Gorgeous rooftop view from the hotel, so make sure to check it out and snap a few photos. We loved having the little kitchenette in the hotel room too. The fridge, microwave, little hotplate thing were so helpful- and the cabinets were well stocked with all the pots /pans/tools we needed. We made breakfast there every morning! :) We...

My friend and I stayed at the Song Hotel while we were visiting Sydney and we loved it! It was in a great location, right near a subway station and bus stops (and a quick ride from the airport). It was also easy to walk to nearby neighborhoods that had lots of restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet was amazing every morning, and the dinners we had at the hotel restaurant were awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming and kind. We would highly recommend!
