"Clean professional respectful, I totally enjoyed the Hilton garden in I highly recommend anyone to go check them out we came for a cheer competition, we had a ton of luggage luckily there was a bell boy available to help me bring everything up and when it was time to check out I called him for him too and they send him . Overall we had an amazing experience ."

"Everything was great, except for the lighting in the room. The lamps on the bedside are very low lit, and the shade around them cast a yellow light. The other lights are very bright and harsh. Thanks."

"We have stayed at well over 10 different hotels in Ocean City. Hands-down, this is my favorite. I’m sorry it took me so long to stay there. The rooms are outstanding, very spacious and perfect for a family vacation. The pool is large enough where you don’t feel like everybody is on top of each other. I appreciated the tiki bar adjacent to the pool. Having a spa in house is also wonderful. I loved my facial. There is a Starbucks in the lobby, which is very convenient although there is Keurig coffee pot within the room. I know this is a small thing, but I really appreciated the amount of storage in the bathroom. For those of us who travel with children, we know that comes with a lot of toiletries and it was nice to have a spot for everything. Plenty of cabinet space to put clothes away. Having a full-size refrigerator was a great plus. I can honestly say the only thing that was challenging was their shower curtains. We had a hard time getting them to remain closed to allow to prevent water from getting on the floor. This hotel is oceanfront. Although our room was a partial ocean view, it still very nice. I i’m looking forward to our next day. I recommend this resort without reservation."

"The fore alarm went off in oir room at 7:12 am. Went to front desk, the "Suoervisor", said there is nothing she could do. Maint. Showed up 2 hour's, 1 minute later.. my 1 grandaughter is deaf, wears hearing aides, my daughter had to leave with her this whole time until the smoke detector was repaired. .I asked a manager to please call me, left my name, cell, and room number..No call, no apology either.. Staff needs to be better trained on how to handle situations.."

"Beds are comfortable and built in kitchen was useful. But the fan was too loud at night and staff were not friendly."

"Room that I reserved and payed for included Jacuzzi and fireplace but at check in they gave me a regular room without both. I went back to front desk only to be told those rooms were sold out and there was nothing they could do. I checked online and saw a room with a Jacuzzi and when I questioned them they agreed to change my room. Then when I went to the room it was very dirty. Hair all over the bathroom floor, the floor was dirty and the bedside table tops were dirty."
