We asked to be moved to a different room but they claimed the hotel was fully booked. There was no phone in the room, no black tea bags (although this was available from reception) and our safe didn't work even after we went back to reception to get the instructions. Air conditioning is not switched on at this time of year so the room was very hot. "

"Biggest plus: location and clean rooms. Improvements needed: Check in service, while swift was lacking hospitality. Rooms are very small and had the shower facing the bedroom. Almost zero room on sink counter. Restaurant (Gulasche & Sohn) was very good for dinner and breakfast."
