The bus stop is practically on the doorstep and was only £1.50 for an adult and easily located at terminal 5. They had high levels of cleanliness throughout the hotel and all the staff were friendly and approachable. The beds are so comfortable, breakfast had a decent selection, unfortunately the area is compact. However, they do allow you to eat at the communal areas in the foyer but it is not very practical if you have small children "
