"Communication from the owners was poor right up until the day of check in. I made contact a few days before we were due to stay, to understand the process of check in. After reading my messages, they totally ignored them and we had to call the night before to make sure that our booking was actually in place. "Listing was not accurate and there was no dryer or heat in the home. Listing photos were amazing, but place was more run down than photos suggested. Stains, damaged cookware, uncomfortable beds, and terrifying stairs up to the bathroom and beds. This could be a good listing with some TLC so I'm hoping that happens."

"Privately located in the corner of a working farm, this was a great cottage for our family of 4. All the essentials were included and we appreciated the serenity and peacefulness of the location, which was well situated for visiting our family in the area."

"We recently stayed at the Residence Inn New York Manhattan/Central Park and had an absolutely brilliant experience. The location is superb, just a short walk from all the major attractions in New York City, making it ideal for exploring everything the city has to offer. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with breathtaking views overlooking the skyline and city below. Waking up to that view each morning was a highlight in itself. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service provided by Cyril at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care added a personal touch that made all the difference. He was always ready with helpful suggestions and ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. Highly recommended, we wouldn’t hesitate to return! "

"anyone considering the hotel: i haven't seen it explained very clearly but the way you get to the hotel is via a 5 minute driverless monorail thing straight from terminal 5 car park. It's unbelievably convenient, just factor in another 16 quid (8 there, 8 back). But honestly, it was worth it for the speed. You can get from T2/T3 coachstation to T5 park via free train within half hour, then the pod things are waiting for you and you're there in a blink. The actual hotel itself was way better than i expected for the price and when there was an issue, they resolved it straight away in a way that was very generous."
