"I understand this is an Ibis Budget hotel, so I was not expecting luxury, but my stay was still disappointing. I asked at the bar/reception for an ice bucket for my wine, but I was told they do not provide one. Also, the room had cups and a kettle, but there were no tea bags at all. When I asked about it, I was told that I would need to purchase tea bags myself. I understand it is a budget hotel, but small basic things like a tea bag or some ice should not be too much to expect. Overall, I was not happy with the service or the experience, and I would not say I was satisfied with my stay."
