"The hotel is great. Perfect location to visit Stratford and London Stadium. The only negative is that the beds aren’t overly comfortable and you seem to only get one pillow. I slept on my duvet as it was large enough to be folded and cover me too"

"Very nice location, and very friendly staff. It is obvious that they put their heart and soul into the place. I think it's had its ups and downs with bad management, training issues and maintenance. It did what it said it would do, but I have a feeling that with a bit more help and support, the place could be exceptional, as the staff deserve it. They obviously love the place, and so do the regular patrons. It's a work in progress, don't let the silly little things put you off staying here, and...
