"The property was in the basement which wasn't disclosed in the description. There was a family upstairs which we could hear due to lack of soundproofing. There were no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. If we needed to leave in an emergency, we wouldn't be able to access nor fit through the windows and the interior door to the house was locked.
