"Very good stay, clean, comfortable and quiet apartment. The location was also a big bonus. This apartment is across street for the Pegasus, Marriott and the Emancipation park. The cost was a fraction of a room at the Marriott. Mark the manage was very helpful as well. It is worth giving this apartment a try."

"Overall the property was exceptional. Nicely decorated, clean and adequate provisions for cooking, showing and a fridge that was cold. Rory the property manager was most helpful for checking in and providing clear and complete instructions for operating the various items in the apartment. "The property was double booked the first two days leaving us without a place to stay. The property manager said he booked another place when we got there that was also not available. We spent several hours late in the evening until we were finally able to get a temporary booking. Communication was extremely poor overall it was hard initially to get a hold of the property owner although we had paid in advance our accommodations was not available first two days. "

"Basically a scam. The property rang us on the morning of check-in, cancelled the reservation and said it would process a refund. Then refused to refund us after I had to chase hotels.com. Do not use this property or anything associated with it."
