Beautiful, amazing food and service.

The TRS Yucatan was part of a larger group of related hotels on a very large beautiful beach and jungle property. The butlers at our villa, especially Emilio, were very welcoming and helpful as we oriented ourselves to the many facets of the resort. The transportation cart service was quick and the drivers very friendly.....though by following the seaside/beach everything was also very walkable. Food was excellent....green juice at Helios was my favorite!

The beach has rocks in it.

First and foremost: The food and drinks were phenomenal. Everything that we were served all week was exceptional. Drinks were never watered down, food didn’t taste cheap or frozen. Make sure you take advantage of your private host. You communicate via text on WhatsApp, and they will facilitate everything for you from dinner reservations, booking taxis into town, decorating the room for a birthday, etc. We had Ricardo and he was so easy to work with. In a matter of minutes any request I asked...

This is by far the best resort in Riviera Maya! This was our second time there and we will be back. The property is stunning. Natural mangroves run all throughout. The walking on the grounds is beautiful. You have access to all four properties no matter which one you stay at. We love Kantenah, but Colonial and White Sands are equally great. The room was more than we ever expected! THE FOOD! OMG it’s amazing. Highly recommend El Gaucho in the TRS side. It’s the best food I’ve ever eaten. The...

My husband and I came to Akumal Bay for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved our stay! The service was fantastic and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We would absolutely come here again and plan to do so in the future. I highly recommend having a photo shoot done with their on site photographer Conrado who is amazing at what he does and I am SO GLAD we got these pictures to commemorate our special time here.

My wife and my 4 daughters stayed at the Barcelo Maya Palace to celebrate my daughter’s 15th Birthday. We loved every minute of our stay. The staff were friendly. The service exceptional. The pools were amazing. The pool water is warm and we were able to swim in them at night. We never had a problem finding pool chairs or beach chairs. The beach is beautiful with white sand and palm trees everywhere to give u shade. The Caribbean Sea had different tones of aqua blues that were incredible. The 6...

We stayed for 5 days for our honeymoon and everything was absolutely wonderful. We had complimentary room service which was wonderful but the buffets and a la cartes were amazing as well. Everything was very flavorful, and the options were endless. Our room was huge with a king bed and jacuzzi tub on our balcony. The maids made us towel animals each day, and consistently stocked our mini fridge. The beach did have a lot of seaweed the first day we were there but it was cleaned up the next day...

Villas de Rosa Beach Resort was great. If you're looking to escape the mega resort trap and get out on your own, this is the place for you. The staff was soooo great. A big thank you to Noel, the manager, our cleaning crew, and every staff member we encountered. They gave great recommendations of things to do and really looked after us. The beds were very comfortable, clean rooms, and kitchen was well stocked with all that you need. The beach is perfect, powdery white and the ocean so warm....

Everybody was so nice and accommodating. It was right on the most beautiful bay for snorkeling and you couldn’t beat the view and the price!

we been in barcelo caribe, property - great, food- great, service great! also we were visiting other properties, like beach and tropical.. same here but choice of food better in caribe!

The only disappointment was the inability to make restaurant reservations in advance. We were looking forward to enjoying the different restaurant options as promoted vs buffet every morning and night (tho no complaints about the food at the buffet), but even tho we attempted to book right after arrival, we were able to secure only two restaurant reservations.

Beautiful and comfortable resort with friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and food it's just good. Good located as well.

We will return! We visited in October and the resort and staff were amazing. Mr Paris, concierge for building 40 was very attentive and helpful. There was a mix up with the room situation and the manager Beatrice was so accommodating and followed up to make sure the rest of stay was positive. We traveled with two 9 year olds and all of us rated the experience and resort 10/10! I’d recommend it to everyone!

Great place to stay if you want easy, clean LARGE unit. Stocked kitchen makes it easy to save and cook meals. Large deck with table and hammocks overlooking the ocean and stairs to the beach isn't too shabby. 2 pools (1 adult and 1 kid) are very nice and there's a quiet, secluded beach right in front of you. Sea turtles nesting all over the beach. Great snorkeling in front of hotel and about a 15 min walk down the beach. Definitely a place to go if you want the "opposite of Cancun" experience.

Fun trip to Puerto Aventuras and a stay at Dreams Aventuras. Have made several trips to Cancun, Akumal and Tulum and this was our favorite resort by far. What we liked: *Size - resort was not gigantic by any means. One building for all guests and did't have to walk 10 minutes to get to the pool, beach, restaurants, etc. - not that we mind walking by any means. It just gave the resort a more quaint feel. *Restaurants - all restaurants were fantastic. Loved El Patio the most. Bonus is that you...

The hotel is safe and secure. The service was excellent. I want to give a special shout-out to Eleazar & Cheleo in the buffet restaurant, they went far and beyond to make us feel special. 10 out 10 stars all around.

We were at Conrad Tulum for 5 nights. The staff was amazing all across the property. Perfect place to relax and enjoy. Many dinner options. Well equipped gym. Several pools. An incredible time.

Fabulous food. Very relaxed atmosphere. Stunningly beautiful. The grounds were amazing. The beach was perfect. The restaurants were first class. I dont think anything could have been better. Well, actually they do need more people at front desk cause check in took a long time. Definitely will be returning!

We stayed at this hotel third time for the last 5 years and everything is perfect: big variety in food, very helpful staff, Nice beach, a lot of swimming pools on the territory. If you booking this property through the Expedia you’ll get vip access to all hotels and restaurants and beaches.
