"Overall a comfortable and good stay. Staff are friendly and greet you every time they see you. Room is spacious but you may get one that had a cigarette smell..make sure you open the windows to get the smell out. Very close to MRT which is a bonus. But food wise, thats hard to find without walking in early morning. Shopping centre food court dont open until 10am. Definitely value for money. Should consider their breakfast option included in the room rate."

"I would like to give a big shout out to the Chief Butler (I'm embarrassed that I did not remember his name). This gentleman had gone above and beyond the call of duty in helping us with arrangement for transportations and dinner reservations. He's a gem. In terms of breakfast, the selections are good, but I wish there are more or maybe change up daily so it doesn't get boring. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel as well as the attentiveness from the staff. Highly recommend."

"Sofitel on Renmin Square exceeded our expectations in the quality and spaciousness of the room: for example, it had two toilets and a seperate Tub/Shower arrangement). It also exceeded our expectations in the breakfasts and the ambiance of the dining room. Additionally, all of the staff (expecially Leo the concierge) made us feel welcomed and were warm and friendly. Our stay at Sofitel Xian was a delight and an unexpected highlight of our 4 night stay in the city."
