Before we checked in, I did a lot of research online and this restaurant is supposed to be one of the best places to get local hang zhou cuisine. But we are very disappointed by the quality of the food despite of the fact that it is very expensive. "

We called the front desk; a technician came to check and admit AC is not strong enough and would get a heater for us. But the heater never came and we had to call front desk again for a quilt. Avoid the villas in winters."

It is tucked away from the main road so if you reach there by Taxi please ensure you have the hotel address written in Chinese as Taxi drivers cannot understand or speak English. This hotel is mainly frequented by chinese people or Asians so very little English is spoken. I booked an executive room which was clean with LCD TV, Aircon, Workdesk and free open wifi.
