This is an excellent hotel located within walking distance of city center. We had a party of three, so we received a two room suite, which was excellent. The breakfast was great - had plenty of choices. The suite had a balcony which was a nice place to relax in the morning or evening. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Nautilux was great ! We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel location is perfect in reythmno. A nice stroll along the beach adjacent to all the stores , dining , bars etc. The Nautilus suite was spacious clean and direct view to the sea. Buffet was decent. Wouldn’t call it a 5 star buffet though. Drinks were 5 star however. Direct access to beach. Beach is sandy but becomes rocky once you’re in the water. Staff were great and friendly. Superb stay at Veneto. Arrived early and asked for room with outdoor patio which was quickly taken care of. Room was gorgeous as is entire hotel. Anastasia at the front desk is a gem and helped me with customs shipping label to send package to US, laundry service and many other things. Restaurant was closed due to off-season but was able to get a bottle of wine as they have wine selections available and even wine tasting during peak season. I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. The decor in my room was spectacular. The bed was the most comfortable I have had. The staff was friendly, charming and professional. This is my number one so far halfway into my trip. This will be in my plans for a return visit.

Wonderful location an facilities. Staff was awesome! Only downside is the let locals access the pools and take up a lt of chairs at both pools limiting access for guests that stay there.

Room was clean and modern, with balcony, with kitchenette, air conditioning was turning on automatically so we had to turn it off as it was come already, partial sea view which was very nice and close to the seaboard and beach; it was stormy, windy so we admired the big waves that were fascinating. Highlight of our trip to Crete. The property is in the middle of old town with so many shops and great restaurants. The beach is a short walk away.

Excellent service from the staff at the hotel at breakfast and at dinners. Clean rooms with modern fit out. Overall well located property with easy access to old town and the beach ofcourse.

Beutiful hill location with ocean view. Just few minutes drive from the town center. Good wifi and parking, which is a must if you work and rent a car. Recommended

Nice and modern hotel, room was amazing. It stormed all day so didn’t really get to use pool etc.

From arrival until departure, staff were friendly and helpful with tips, restaurant suggestions, etc. The room was lovely and comfortable and the overall stay was quite pleasant.

Great location, convenient parking and right in old town!!

The stay was amazing. We had our honeymoon and the staff was always polite and helpful. The gym is equipped in a good way and the trainer George is very professioal and friendly. Mani from the Animateurs was always there for some games and fun. The whole teqm from reception to pool attendees and servers are outstanding. The room was perfect and clean. We enjoyed our atay and will come back for sure. Big thanks to everyone to make our trip to Greece very special
