"Advertised as a private room but was actually a dorm (same story reported by other travelers). Sheets instead of curtains. Told off for talking at 11pm. Noisy repairs underway from 7am. Floors never swept, tables sticky. Gave the property 3 days notice I would be leaving early but they still refused even a partial refund for the remaining nights, leaving me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Absolute money grubbing. "Very clean, Moderna, well equipped hotel within 15 min walk to subway station and 5 minutes to a lovely park for morning and evening relaxation and enjoyment with local population. Housekeeping provides anything you need, from cooking utensils to ironing board. The room even has air purifier, washer/dryer, and a comfortable bed. Good gym and inside swimming pool on floor 13. Some staff have limited English but others are ok, else use a translation app. I would stay here again. "
