"お風呂や布団はとても快適でした。予約時確認時アメニティは歯ブラシだけないかと思っていましたが、クシなどがなく歯ブラシだけがありました。浴室のシャンプーなどはいい香りで良かったです。トイレだけ前の宿泊者の香水のような匂いがあって残念でした。居酒屋と併設されているので、声や消灯後の物音が気になりましたが近隣は閑静でした。庭とドッグランも整っていて愛犬も楽しめました。ありがとうございました。"

Hotel Nikko Narita

10/10 Excellent

"The property is massive with nice grounds, a pretty lobby, and a konbini (convenience store) located on the ground floor. All the staff we talked to were very nice, spoke great English, and were knowledgable. However, my compliments on the properly end at level 1. When we made it to our floor the corridor leading to our room was very dark (not in a good way) and smelled horrible. There were also stains all over the carpet (likely were the smell was coming from). When we made it into the room we were greeted with a throw back to the early 2000s with furniture and light fixtures that looked older than me. Much of the furniture was damaged and showing signs of stress and age. The shower fixtures barely worked and the shower was gross. We had been traveling all day and only needed to stay for the night so we dealt with it and left as soon as we could the next morning. I would highly recommend AGAINST staying here unless you're extremely budget conscious and only plan on being there for a night."

"Property close to the airport which was perfect to crash on our first day and get settled on jet lag. There was a shuttle from the airport so that was great too. Lobby was clean and a kombini was available with decent options. Room was quite dated though and we saw a little bit of mold in the bathroom. It felt clean at least."

"We had an excellent stay at Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay in Urayasu. The hotel was spotless, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious, especially for Japan. Everything was clean, modern, and very comfortable. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, and a great place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Tokyo Disney Resort area or Tokyo."

"Check in was easy and staff was very helpful. The room was clean with all the expected amenities. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was very effective. The only issue was the shuttle bus. The shuttle bus only operates TO the airport and one must book at least the day before. One can take a taxi, or if you are comfortable with the train system, the station is just down the street about a block away."

"Its a good stop before or after landing. Not much in the area. The rooms are average size for japan, but clean and affordable. The breakfast was great. They had curry over rice plenty of pastries and the coffee was decent. I loved how the 3 older woman who ran the kitchen came out and bowed and greeted us before they opened the area for breakfast. Would stay here again."
