"The property was very clean, the rooms were very spacious and the staff was very attentive and pleasant! Would definitely recommend this place and stay there again! And don't forget very conveniently located near Starbucks, 7-11, and onsite restaurant and bakery. "

"I liked this hotel very much. The room was small, but standard for this type of room in Japan. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The location was about 7 minutes from the train, in a quiet area. It was very convenient to travel to and from this location. I can't comment on the Spa area, as I didn't use it, but it seemed to be very popular with the other guests. Lastly, they allowed us to store our luggage before check in and after check out, which was extremely helpful because we arrived early in the morning and departed late at night. Only negative thing is the elevators can get pretty crowded at certain times. Overall very happy with my stay here and would stay again, if I have the chance to come back to Japan. "

"we stayed here for three nights as we were visiting Disney for the first part of our trip, and we made the right choice! the staff was incredibly helpful, the room was spacious, and the amenities were great. they also offer a shuttle service to and from DisneySea and Disneyland, which was very convenient. also, there's a family mart inside the building, and another one just across the street, which is great for early morning/ late night cravings. the downside is just it's a little bit far from the metro station (10 mins walk)"

"Hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very polite and professional. The location was close-ish to Tokyo station. It was about an 11Min walk to Tokyo station but a little less than that to get on the Ginza line. Overall good area. The room was the biggest out of the 3 hotels we stayed at in Japan which was nice considering we needed space for our luggage’s and souvenirs. One gripe I had was if we needed new towels I would have to go to the front desk to ask which wasn’t a big deal especially since we didn’t put the cleaning sign on our doors because we had stuff out and didn’t want people coming into clean. I only bring that up because the other hotels we stayed at would leave us new towels and toiletries every day on our door handle without us having the clean-my-room sign on the door. Again not a big issue but just something to keep in mind. Another BIG plus was there is a 7 eleven less than a 30 second walk away from the front entrance of the hotel"
