"Great place for short stay over at Narita. The frequent airport shuttle bus is great for catching flights. The staffs services and helpfullness are the best among the 3 different hotels that we stayed in the Narita area over the last 3 years."

"Incredible site. Very clean, very helpful and friendly staff. Close to a train station so you can get around the city with ease, but located in a quiet, peaceful and safe location. Would 100% recommend this to anybody looking to go to Japan"

"The room was great. The lines at check-in and check-out is very slow and at times frustrating. Also, the free drink you get as a VIP guest is poison. They offer you a free drink, but it has to come off their special menu which is just the worst wine or sparkling wine you could ever buy. And you have to pay money to even get to the bar, so it's kind of moot. The front desk is also disconnected from the bar, as they assured me the drink wasn't going to be for some off menu swill and that it was valid for any drink. Total fabrication."

"Great hotel with brilliant location, elevator access to hotel through Asakusa station Giza line to hotel. Staffs r very helpful and some of them can speak good English. Love to stay there and I will definitely come back when I am back to Tokyo. Strongly recommend."
