"I can’t say enough amazing things about Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — the staff was so friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. You genuinely feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout your stay. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully designed with so many spots that are perfect for photos. It’s also very safe, spotless, and well maintained. We had a Bay view from our balcony, and it was absolutely breathtaking — such a peaceful and scenic way to start and end the day. Location-wise, it doesn’t get better. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the Disney monorail, which connects you easily to the train station and the parks. Super convenient for Disney visits! The rooms were surprisingly spacious, especially for Japan, and everything was immaculately clean. The amenities were top-notch, and every detail felt thoughtful and high quality. This will definitely be our go-to hotel every time we come back to Tokyo Disney. We truly had a perfect stay — beautiful, relaxing, and memorable. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed here one night on arrival to Narita so we didn't have to navigate transport with a small child late at night. Very close to airport. Clean, lovely staff. Breakfast was great. Free shuttle bus too and from the airport."

"Great for travelers in transit. Check in was easy. Walked down the street for a simple fresh meal and also there was a Lawson in the lobby. Room was efficient for one night. Hot shower was great. Bed a little hard but doable. Went to the free breakfast buffet and was included in room. Worth getting if no time in airport. Then shuttle to airport is offered by large bus or it’s an easy taxi ride. Would stay again if flying in/out of Narita and had to do a night in Japan."

"Honestly this hotel is kind of underrated. This hotel needs more attention because this hotel is awesome! Me, my brother , and my mom were in the bus, but when we got to the other hotel everyone but us has gone to the other hotel.
