"Low price but far away from the main city, that's the trade off. We drove a car so it is fine, about 30 mins from the main city area. The train station is not far actually about 5-10 mins walk, lots of food and shops around the station. There's a Lawson and AEON supermarket just below the hotel. No on site parking but lots of coin operated car parks around the hotel."

"My family and I were so happy we decided to book this location. It is literally 10ft away from a 7/11 store to get any food or drinks necessary. Having the 7/11 be open 24hrs was really great as we were getting food at odd times because of jet lag in the first few days. Not only is there a 7/11 so close, but there are neighboring grocery stores that are open as well. The biggest selling point in my opinion is that the JR station is a 3 minute walk from the complex. "This place is located very close to Disneyland! It was perfect for us! It is small but it is very clean! The upstairs loft is not suitable for adults. It work for us because our youngest children are teens. Only a short walk to the train station! Overall it was a fantastic stay and if i was ever to go back to Tokyo i would stay here again if I had the chance!"
