Our air con was broken but the manager DIEGO was absolutely brilliant and sorted things for us straight away in a very friendly and professional manner. the food is really nice with a good choice and high quality, and there is also plenty for the kids to do, and the entertainment in the evenings was really good. We would return to this hotel."
