"Very nice property - well equipt kitchen and bathrooms (including shampoo, lotion, dishwasher soap, …), nice decor, modern appliances, two balconies with views of the lake, comfortable beds, games in the garage. You benefit from the amenities at Suncadia (spa, pool, restaurants) while getting the privacy of a private home. Felt like home!"

The quibbles, the bedrooms need drapes or shades, the light comes in way too early for families who want to sleep in. Also, TV advertised as Netflix, but it didn’t work. Otherwise I would give it five stars."

"This property is cozy and has wonderful views of the forest and mountains. It is conveniently located to the main Lodge. It was clean and well maintained. It did not have a house information list which is very helpful for guests. And it did not have cable or local TV stations just smart TV apps. Since we where planning on watching the basketball tournament it would have been nice to know there was no TV although very large televisions. unfortunately you cannot record and mirror some sporting...
