Clean and tidy. Very friendly staff. Lovely location in the trees with a view to Mt Fuji, wild deer and we were lucky to have a blanket of snow which made it awesome!

I really like this place. It was very cool and relaxing while there. The service was great and the lobby was very relaxing with very comfortable furniture. The place was a little walk uphill from the bus station and getting taxis were not easy depending on when you arrive. The downside was the shower took a long time to get hot and the water from the shower head in my room felt like sharp things because of the shower head. They should be changed. The only other thing was coffee or tea. There was a hot water dispenser but no coffee or tea that I could see. Maybe I missed it. I would still stay there again

We booked this and tried to cancel within 30 minutes of booking. The host would not honor it and we basically spent the money having never stepped foot on the property. It was a last minute booking and I expected some more understanding than a quick money grab from the host.

Mussten fragen ! - Beim check-out um 9:00 Uhr niemand an der Rezeption ! Das Ganze für 22’000 Yen (chf 130.00) !!! Unverschämt und unverständlich !!!
