"Property was a bit out the way but the grounds were beautiful. Landacape and flowers were so pretty with the mountains in the background. 3 Alpacas/Llamas on site... wish they were more friendly but still made for great pictures. Wish there was more on site to do. We did walk out and up to the left found a Butterfly museum. It was nice to learn about Mariposas.
Room was big with high celings. Wich made for a very cold night. Room did have a space heater, but needed 2 to fill the space. ...

It was under renovations when we got there, so the restaurant wasn’t available, but they sent breakfast to our room, it was a little loud during the day. "We actually didn't get to spend a lot of time at this hotel, but we cannot recommend Andenes Inca and the staff enough. Here is why. First, we had to go to Aguas Calientes (without staying at this property) because our trip to Machu Picchu from Cusco was cancelled. They offered us a partial refund after knowing our situation. They took care of our luggages for 3 days when we were gone. Second, when the process of getting tickets was very difficult, they sent us encouraging messages to stay positive (we were almost giving up), even though this means we are not returning to their hotel to stay. They really didn't have to do any of these, and I am really grateful for their kindness and assistance. We may not have had a full stay there, but it was definitely one of the most memorable ones for sure. If we have a chance to come back, we will stay at this hotel for sure. For us, it's a very easy decision."
"We stayed in the hanging glass capsule. What an adventure! However, safety was top priority. Views are amazing. Property is family owned and Eddy, one of the owners, was on site as well as offered zip lining or hiking. We were greeted with local drink then dinner and breakfast were delicious. The capsule has a jacuzzi with unreal views that we took advantage of! Capsule accommodates up to 4 people and is a unique experience Highly recommend for the adventure seeker. "
