"This is my second stay here. My first was in February 2026. On this stay I came back to my room (was given the exact same room as my last visit) and the temperature was 84 F/29/C. My air conditioner was not working. When I stayed in February, it was working fine. I reported this to the front desk. I was told that the A/C was not on yet for the season. A young man brought up a fan. He said that the temperature in my room was “normal” for this time of year. I asked if he was the manager, and he said YES (this was not true). He was rude and was not willing to make any accommodation. The young lady at the front desk stated that they would find a solution in one hour. They did… My air conditioner was turned on and my room cooled down after several hours. This is a great hotel and I would love to give it five stars, however, even on my February visit, the maids were still cleaning my room when I arrived. I’m going to try this location one more time…it’s a really cute, clean hotel with friendly staff (except for that young man) and the location is perfect for layovers at Incheon. Maybe the third visit will be better!"

"Great stay even if just for a short while. Staff was very friendly and nice. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed getting shuttled around by the airport shuttle bus. "

"Free airport shuttle runs till 12.30am. It was very easy to get to and from the property to the airport using the shuttle. There are convenience stores near by. "

"Best hotel/resort I have ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful, everything was clean and unbelievably beautiful. The private spa was worth it! Plenty of restaurants and things to do!"

"Every staff is well trained and speaks English well and are very courteous. Liam Kim was one of them, who treated us like vip and kindly answered all the qusetions we asked while we were guided into the room. He made us feel comfortable in use. Staying was very pleasant and we will come again."

"It’s a fine hotel by any definition, but am a bit baffled why it was rated “exceptional “. "

"I added on the breakfast but the hotel was fully booked so they redirected me from where the usual breakfast is to another location on the other side of the hotel. I ended up not using the breakfast even though I paid ahead for it. The room was stuffy, and the AC very inconsistent. The room was very spacious and overall comfortable other than the beds, which were terrible - rock hard. The pillows were also lumpy. I didn't go into the casino but the rest of the venue was amazing with so many shops and dining options and the splash zone was very nice. I attendedd a concert in Inspire Arena and it was priceless to be able to easily walk over to the Arena, enjoy the show and walk back to my room. I'd happily stay again for that reason, the great staff and nearby shopping/dining."
