"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing from start to finish—everyone from the reception team to the cleaners were friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. "Room was clean, could do with improvement bathroom door at the bottom was a bit rotted, shower cubicle was a bit grubby, but overall no complaints, bar was lovely and clean, had a drink was a bit pricey, but that’s hotels for you, overall an enjoyable stay, staff were very friendly and helpful."
