"Location was excellent but the room had a broken fridge, weird marks on toilet seat and a strange smell. Was just a average stay. Thanks but not the worst but not the best either."

My only suggestion would be a general thorough professional scrubbing of shower and Balcony every few months. I'm sure the cleaners do the best they can in the limited time they are alloted.
