"We travelled with an 11 month old, ordered a cot which was a porta cot, this was fine. However the room had a massive set of stairs which was a bit hard with a crawling baby. Buffet Breakfast was nice but they did try and over charge me on the second days reception helped me fix this up on check out. Location was nice and quiet. There was nice live music Friday night in lobby. Easy to drive to from airport and parking is good but expensive"

"I liked the location and convenience. The room size was good too, even if the shower was a little tight. However, when we arrived the bed room airconditioner was open and showing very dirty dusty filters. It looked like it had previously been taped together. I reported this, pointing out the health and fire risks of leaving filters dirty. When we came back to the room the cover was shut and taped up. A quick look up in the air outlet showed that the filters hadn't been cleaned, just left and the cover taped. This is dangerous and unacceptable. Air Con filters need to be cleaned every three months. We also noted that the air vent on the airconditioner in the living area appeared to be warped from heat..........not sure what the air filters were like in it but if they were the same, you are risking a fire in the premises. I'm keeping a copy of this report and would be very interested to provide it to your insurers in the event of a fire!!! MFB would also be interested in reading it!"

"Booked a superior studio, room was a good size, clean and had everything needed. Beds very comfortable Location was great, close to cafes, shops and tram line. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again! Only thing I would criticise was the condition of the balcony area, looked like it hadn't been tidied for some time."

"The location was great for me, very convenient. I arrived after hours and there was a little mix up with my key card to get into my room. It was rectified quite quickly which I appreciated. The apartment itself had everything I needed. It was great to have a washing machine and dryer, the kitchen facilities were great. Very comfortable bed. I would stay here again. Great proximity to rail and tram."

"Lovely hotel, great location, modern designed rooms. Great shower and bath products, excellent soundproofing, very good cooling/heating. Nearby parking was easy to use and reasonably priced. Suggest opening the bar a little later in the evening on weekends. Most staff were very kind and helpful, one was somewhat abrupt. Tea/coffee in the room was average. "
