"I’ve stayed here several times for more than a week at a time over the years because I need to be in this particular area. This is not a fancy hotel, but for the price, it is great. The rooms are as pictured in the photos. Simple, but always clean and the staff are extremely nice. As with much of Addis, the area around it is changing/developing dramatically. If you need to be in the Arada or Amist Kilo area, I’d stay here."

"I stayed for one night at this 'hotel'. That was more than enough. The hotel supposedly had no record of my Hotels.com booking, which had been paid for. The internet never worked. Staff promised it would be fixed and provided numerous excuses. The tv had one English-speaking channel: Al Jazeera. The manager/owner 'fixed' it...for a matter of minutes. "Apart from a very good wi-fi, I can say little positive about the hotel. Firstly, the principal reason I chose it was its proximity to my workplace. It quickly turned out the location marked on the map was false. In reality it was not central at all, and roughly 5 km away.
