"Location wise it was excellent for our friends to experience Old Faithful and to rest a bit before pressing on with our trek. The rooms were in fair condition for the price paid. I know the staff was extremely busy and overwhelmed with tourists/customers, but that should not be an excuse for our rooms being over two hours late for our use."
