"The staff were very friendly The rooms are nice, but not luxury and are a little dated. We booked for dinner and our food was delicious. Although we felt £13 for a glass of wine was a tad excessive. The breakfast was really tasty with good quality ingredients."

"What an absolute lovely stay. Very simple yet very well executed. The dinner was absolutely delicious, really mesmerizing, don’t skip it! Breakfast was included and it was amazing!!!"

"Great staff, lovely environment and super place to stay."

"Excellent property & location, friendly staff & wonderful pub! Breakfast was very good and the rooms were lovely."

"This is the perfect definition of a small english town stay. I loved the vibe of the rooms and the location. The rooms were clean and they provide complimentary biscuits and tea. The customer service was good as my boyfriend needed to catch a taxi somewhere and couldn’t do it himself so the Inn was able to call for him. The breakfast felt a bit pricy, but there was a cold buffet in addition to any hot item on their menu. Their fresh honey comb was really cool!"

"Lovely pub accommodation, clean and comfortable, super well located. The owners are lovely too. "

"Very helpful staff lovely room and breakfast"

"Absolutely fantastic stay! Highly recommend!"

"Great place to stay. We’ll definitely stay here again when visiting family who’ve moved to the area. "

"Great breakfast. Easy parking outside. "

"Great room looking out to Abbey and Tor. Ideal central spot with parking. Food was excellent, will definitely return Thank you"

"Rooms clean and well decorated. Those with mobility issuers would find climbing the long flight of stairs to reach rooms very challenging and sloping floors in bedrooms disconcerting."
