Staff were AMAZING! Super attentive with a welcoming vibe. We LOVED how quiet it was and the views of the cliffs and ocean were amazing. The AC and were wifi were great and we would rebook on our next visit. Just minutes to get to the oceanside trail/walk. About 1/2 hour drive to "downtown" Seogwipo, but we gladly gave up the density for a more quiet location. Not a problem since we had a car rental.

Great location. Super friendly and helpful staff. 24 hour complimentary laundry facility and a 24 hour convenient store on property.

Amazing stay. Front desk staff were super friendly with directions to local restaurents.

Very good location and service.

Wonderful stay at Kensington Resort Jeju! Everything so clean. Staff super nice. Breakfast was great. Thank you!

Great resort, block B villa was amazing, large villa, can easily accommodate 8+ ppl, great location, highly recommended

The hotel/villa was amazing. The staffs were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying your stay there. I will definitely be back here again.

This is the perfect hotel if you need time to rest and recharge. The cliff side of the hotel is so beautiful and they make sure to keep the whole hotel peaceful. Breakfast is good and the staff is helpful. I would stay here again.

It was a bit inconvenient that the hotel said the air conditioner could not be used. The hotel sent a fan, but I was a little confused because they said the hotel had disabled the air conditioner. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

It located in the south of the island within driving distance to most attractions. I would recommend renting a car over relying on bus and taxis. Upon arrival it was raining and a friendly receptionist welcome us with an umbrella while helping us with our bags. We felt really welcome while checking in. Communication was not a problem and the staff spoke English. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious. The framed jewelry artwork was lovely along with the interesting coffee table which...

My family loved the stay for an easy and quick access to the room from the lobby entrance and the elevator. They loved the cozy environment, the essential amenities, and the water view the room offers. The front desk staffers were very friendly and willing to help when I had questions and requests. The hotel seems to have been very well maintained, hence clean and neat overall. The proximity to hundreds of restaurants (including some famous restaurants) is a huge plus, which definitely saved...
